Freddie Sanchez Hardwood Floors took hardwood floors that had not been refinished since they were installed in 1959 and transformed them into BEAUTIFUL hardwood floors again. There were years of stains and scratches and discoloration, and to see them now you would think they were brand new. Incredible work. Benji and his team were so easy to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their floors to not just come back to life, but look new again! Thank you for your great work!

Benji and his crew were able to work around our schedule to maximize the time we would be out of the house on vacation so they could do their magic. We wanted to blend the main floor to the new section upstairs and covering the entire second floor. Due to the home being older and lots of squeaky spots they too precautions to nearly eliminate the noise. They also provided a more durable finish than the contractor that completed the refinish on the main floor. Quality work and great communication!

Benji's team refinished our 100-year-old hardwood floors back in October and did such an incredible job that you would never guess how old the floors actually are. In several spots, they had to replace planks due to wear and age, and even knowing where those areas were, I still can’t find them. The match is flawless. Months later, when a crack appeared in a previously patched area, I immediately knew who to call. Benji quickly sent a team out to repair it and even apologized for the damage, though it wasn’t his team’s fault. They took care of it within days. That kind of care and follow-through is rare and truly appreciated. They are professional, friendly, and great communicators. I’ll continue using them for any flooring needs and always recommend them to others!

The quality and professionalism are outstanding! We have had five custom-built homes where Freddy Hardwood floors have put their custom hardwood and more. Guarantee they can do any job from custom to refinishing etc. Remember, it starts from the floor to make a house shine, and they have done it for our family multiple times! Thank you again

Would NOT recommend! We had a whole house replaced with hardwood flooring... decent job, a bit pricey. During the work I had to point out lots of errors.. protruding nail heads, scratches...now a year later I have a loose board... Does not return my phone calls...Hey Freddie, servicing your customers is how you get referrals.....!
