Franky & Louie's Beachfront Bar & Grill

This was our first stop on our trip in early October and we came for late lunch. I was really impressed with the layout and all this place has to offer! I had a Cuban sandwich and was pleasantly surprised with it. Drinks were good. Judging from the pics it gets absolutely insane in peak season so I was happy we came when it wasn’t packed.

Took my sister out for her birthday, vibes were super awesome. We went during the day and it was very kid friendly. Lake access for some swimming, ice cream stand, beach games, etc. The food was pretty good, nothing crazy. In general I enjoyed myself!

Came here for our family lake trip (second visit). The environment is relaxed and fun—there was live music this time. The staff is always great & Shawna was no exception this time. They were busy and she was still attentive and provided us great service. My fish was partially raw ( why I gave food 4 ⭐️, that and I think some of the items are a little overpriced for what you get) and she took care of it quickly and very apologetically. My family enjoys it here, would overall recommend .

Went here on a Saturday night. Decent music and drinks. Had fun playing beach volleyball. You can borrow a ball against your ID. Tried the pain in the ass drink 5/10

Frankie and louies was a lot of fun. The only complaint I have from our last visit was the people hovering over our table asking us if we were done yet or leaving soon. We had over 10 different people ask, and several stood close by waiting for us to leave. We had arrived early to get a seat for the live music, but after being asked so many times and one man even sitting on the edge of our table, we packed up and left. Our teenagers had fun playing sand volleyball and having free roam. The bucket cocktails were really good! Their pizza is great and comes out fast. Aside from the experience of the other rude and pushy patrons who essentially pushed us out of our table, I would say I enjoyed my time here with friends and family. I don't recommend this place for young children, however. Teens, yes, but not younger than 10. It's super busy and easy for a little one to get lost or hurt. Also some of the adults who were there the night we went were not wearing much clothing. There were women wearing only pasties, another wearing a sheer loose fit top and nothing underneath, and one wearing a netted cutoff top with her breasts fully exposed from the bottom. If this were adults only, that's fine. But there were young kiddos there, and it's advertised as family-friendly.

This was my second time at Franky and Louie’s and Shawna was our server. We came in at 8PM on Saturday during memorial weekend. It was packed! We found a place to sit, and she came up to us right away and started clearing our table. She has a great attitude, even tho it was super busy and crazy. She had great food recommendations, was very attentive, happy, and super quick! Great experience! Will for sure come back!

Fun place to stop! Stopped here for a quick drink and a snack while on a boat taxi ride. We found a table in the beach area and had to find a waitress to help us after waiting several minutes, but after that service was good. Was informed we were not allowed to order certain food items because we were on the beach. Food/drinks we ordered were good. Didn't stay long, but was a fun stop. I'm sure it would be a great place to spend an afternoon.

Will definitely come back! Food was absolutely delicious at a pretty decent price. Waiter was incredibly nice, made sure we were satisfied. . The food came out at a reasonable time, even with the kitchen being backed up so much. I absolutely adored the atmosphere, so lively and clean. The beach added on to the bar makes the experience 10x better. Very satisfied, thank you for a great time!

Super fun casual place. The food is unique and good. The drinks are awesome. Even better the kids could play in the water while the adults enjoyed a beverage!! It's also pet friendly except for the beach and the water.

We had a wonderful experience having lunch here today. Our service was excellent, drinks were icy cold, and the food came out hot and fresh. The fish and chips basket was delicious. My husband loved the grilled chicken sandwich with pineapple, ham, and teriyaki sauce. It’s such a great place for the family. There’s a sand beach, kayak rentals, tons of seating, and great music. We loved the pink lemonade slushies with raspberry vodka. We will definitely be back!
