Frank's Painting of LI, LLC

This is the fourth time we used Frank's Painting for a house project. They were hired to paint our Master Bedroom that we are in the process of redoing. The work was outstanding. His crew was clean and there painting was neat. They made all the minor imperfections in my walls disappear. Frank had advised me on some of my color choice finishes (satin, Egg shell, etc.). His advice was spot on. His knowledge and experience of painting are vast. I don't think there is a painting issue he can't address. If your your looking for a paint contractor. Look no farther. Had the best experience from estimate to completion and beyond! Frank came to give us the information for cabinet refinishing and painting. He was clear and precise when explaining everything they planned to do. We had gotten a few estimates from other companies and although Frank’s was not the lowest cost, we felt most comfortable with them. After they finished, we even had an issue with a stripped screw on the hardware of the cabinet and they came back to fix it. No questions asked. We are very happy with our choice and will be recommending them to friends and family. You will not be dissatisfied if you choose to use them. Great job all around!!

Frank's team came in and did an incredible job. He accommodated our tight schedule on short notice, and made the process as easy as possible. Victor and Alfonso made every detail perfect, cleaning up all the small issues and even patching up little mistakes on parts of the room they weren't contracted for. The room went from feeling dated to modern and refreshing. All around a phenomenal experience.

Frank and his crew did a phenomenal job. Everything was done quick and with excellent quality. Franks interior designer was excellent to work with and gave us the perfect colors for our new rooms. Would gladly invite them into my home again

We were recommended to use Franks by a close relative that was extremely happy with their work. We used Franks Painting to paint/stain a kitchen, living room, staircase, hallway and new bannisters. Frank came out and gave us an estimate on the spot and followed up in writing. Frank was very responsive to my questions following his quote. When we hired Frank, we were introduced to his design professional, Dyane, who was really helpful with color and paint choices. Franks team showed up on time, they were extremely neat and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The team spent an extensive amount of time prepping the walls and ceilings and trim prior to painting. They did a great job on all areas. We are really happy with the work and will use Frank and his team again in the future.

This is the second time we’ve used Frank’s! We initially used him for a bedroom upstairs for walls and molding came out fanstatic. 1.5 years later we decide we want to paint our home. Well we’ve had painters inside our house previously before and they were honestly horrible, drip marks, uneven just a mess. So we called Frank’s. Frank came was super nice and pleasant and moved forward! Well! Our house was finished in two days, sanded old wood walls, garage door, even patched a hole, painted siding, took down old shutters, painted gutters molding windows the list goes on. The photos show it, my neighbors all came up and asked who I used and boast about how they love it! Friends and family love it; and most importantly we do!! His staff was fantastic very clean very professional. We’re super impressed!

Frank came and I explained the project of painting all my wood trim and doors and besides doing exactly that he also had minor ideas for my kitchen molding which I agreed to. It was a pleasure working with him and he sent Jose who is his lead foreman and his crew were so wonderful. I am so happy with the complete job and the crew were spotless and very easy to work with.

I originally chose Frank’s Painting based on their positive Google reviews. When I met with the owner, Frank, he was very pleasant, and we decided to hire them to paint a few rooms in our house. The price wasn’t cheap, but I expected that paying for professional service would mean receiving professional-quality work. However, after we booked, I never saw Frank again. I assumed he would be there when the job started to review details with his crew, but he wasn’t. Any communication via text afterward was brief and dismissive. The crew did an okay job—not terrible, but certainly not what I expected given the price. The bathroom, in particular, was done so poorly that we had them come back to redo it. To Frank’s credit, he did agree to have them return the next day. However, even after the second attempt, the work was subpar. The pictures I posted are from AFTER they redid it—you can see they didn’t even bother to remove the outlet covers, just painted around them (and not well). I also paid for an additional wall to be painted a few weeks later, but despite multiple texts to the owner, I haven’t received any response about scheduling it. Overall, the quality of work was decent but nowhere near the level I expected for the price. The lack of communication and attention to detail was disappointing. If I were to do it again, I would hire a painter who personally handles the work—someone who not only discusses the project with me but also does the painting themselves. Lesson learned on my end.

We hired Frank’s Painting to do the interior of our home. We met with Frank and His design consultant Diane, both pleasant. It was the only time that we saw Frank. The real credit goes to the team of painters that did the work, José, Harold, José, Valentino and Rodrigo. They are courteous, respectful and efficient. Each day the arrived early. They completed one room at a time. At the end of each day they made sure the room was returned to its original order. José would walk us through making sure we were pleased with the results and noting any areas that may have needed a touch up. We are very satisfied with the results. Thank José and team. Frank is lucky he has such great staff that represent his company.

We used Franks two times. Very please both times. They took their time removing old wallpaper prepping and painting. Fix a number of holes as well. They were clean and easy to work with. Even willing to do a few extra jobs at no cost. Highly recommend.
