Frank and his team were absolutely amazing to work with! They fit us in with 24 hour notice, on a Saturday!, to repair our chimney before our new roof goes on. Frank was incredibly responsive and quick, he even took a 7pm phone call from me to finalize the schedule and came out personally to look at the job when it was done. I had Frank’s chimney out to clean (the outside), repair (retuckpoint as needed, waterproofing, and crown sealing) and have a new, custom cap installed for our chimney. I have to say I am very happy with the quality of the work and Frank was very easy to work with. Frank and his team did a fantastic job, within 1 hour of my email on a Sunday night Frank called me and setup an appointment the very next morning to come and inspect my chimney, the following day his team was out here fixing it. I had previously left an unsatisfactory review. So I wanted to share a follow up. The owner Frank called me with his deepest apologies for a minor mess up. Frank made everything right and went above and beyond. This was consistent with all services we had received in the past. I think maybe there was just some miscommunication on the first visit. With that said I feel like the day and age of companies doing the right thing and owning up to mistakes has taken a back seat. Frank stepped up and went above and beyond to get us up and going. We are warm at home and very thankful! Will continue to use Frank and his chimney services in the future!

So thankful I found Frank! I recently had water leakage in our fireplace after heavy rains and found Frank and his company based on the awesome Google reviews! He came by within a few days to see what the issue was and had Zane do the repairs necessary to both of my chimneys for an amazing price! Zane did an amazing job and was so professional and nice, cleaned things up before he left and we now have a leak proof chimney! Thankful to small businesses like this that do a great job and do what they say they will do!👏👏👏 Another 5 star review months later! Meant to add more to this review and just realized I didn’t give them credit for having the inside of our fireplace repriced and closed off! Zayne did an amazing job and we love the look of it! We were able to get a small electric fireplace insert that fit in the space and has been great this winter and the aesthetic of it has been great!
