Even when I was in the lobby and was unsure if I was going to have him repair my car he still made my friend and I feel at home. Allstate was trying to total my car, but Hazael played a crucial role in ensuring that didn’t happen. This just shows that they truly care about their customers and always has their best interest. Not only was the customer service great, but the quality of the work was unmatched. My car looked brand new when I got it back, and they even went ahead and cleaned it for me. Someone backed into our brand new car and we had to go through their odd ball insurance company. Azael was very knowledgeable and professional. From the drop off to the pick up. He made our experience convenient and efficient. He even updated me on delayed parts. Paint and repair were A1, as if I had gone to a high end corporate shop. Very clean. Honest, Intelligent, and Prompt Hazael took my '96 Chevy G20 van in and immediately got to the heart of the issue. He was responsive and his staff were all diligent and respectful. They helped me get my Van straightened out when most of the shops in Austin wouldn't even look at it. If you want the job done quickly and properly, I recommend Four Points!

I have been remiss in reviewing this exceptional business. It was many months ago when I had my car repaired after clashing with some road trash on a very windy night. Hazael, the owner, is so experienced in running a business- this is obvious. I am 100% satisfied with the work done, the accommodations made to get the job done quickly during a sub-freezing week, the ease with which insurance carrier and body shop communicated to ensure that I received the best parts, and finally the grace Hazael and his workers displayed despite needing to move out of a less desirable location to their new location while getting all of the several cars back on the road during a two-week crunch time. This is my body shop for life in the Bastrop area!

Luckily, I found Four Points Body Shop by accident (no pun intended). I backed into a 3'- high pole and damaged my rear quarter. The trauma of this only got worse shortly afterwards when I went to a big-name collision franchise in Bastrop. I told one of the 3 people behind the reception desk that I needed someone to look at my car. She said the guys were all at lunch, asked if I could come back @ 4:30 (4 hours later). I couldn't make that long, round trip again at rush hour, so asked if I could just get an estimate. She offered me an appointment time, just TO GET AN ESTIMATE--2 DAYS LATER, and also named the one insurance company they "work with" which is not MY insurance company. Driving away, I saw "the guys" sitting, having lunch all at the same time. (flex much?) Rather than sulk home, I pulled over, googled, & found Four Points Body Shop conveniently nearby. As I pulled past the gate, a man walking toward my car had assessed & spotted the damage before I even cut the ignition. He (owner Hazael) greeted me, and quickly spelled out what was needed for repair. Once inside the clean, pleasantly-appointed office, Hazael computed an estimate and completion date within moments. I left the car the same day and was called on the day promised, to come pick up my car. It looks amazing--you'd never know the damage was there! Besides excellent customer service and top quality repair work, I felt really good about supporting a LOCAL, family-owned business. I highly recommend Four Points Body Shop!

Hazael and his team did a great job repairing my new to me car that was hit twice within just a few months of buying it. They made it look like new again both times. Paint was flawless and they went above and beyond finding and replacing a factory Lexus decal that is no longer in production.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received at Four Points Body Shop and their turnaround time was surprisingly fast. They had to work with my insurance, and they also did a great job at that. Happy all around and highly recommend their services!
