Four Ever Smile Dental Spa

I had a great experience at Four Ever Smile Dental Spa of Totowa! The office is clean, welcoming, and very professional. The staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and everything was explained clearly. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!

The reason for the 3 stars are in the 2nd and 3rd paragraph. I have been coming to this office since it was own by Dental 2000, now is owned by Four Ever Smile Dental Spa and I love everyone here. Dr. Sabat is the best dentist ever he took my teeth to a whole different level and I’m very grateful for that, Olivia is the best hygienist this office can ever have she is always giving me tips on how I can keep my teeth and gums healthier. My daughter’s Orthodontist is doing wonders with my daughter’s teeth. Everyone in this office is very professional and I have no complaints about them. The only reason I’m giving the 3 stars In this review is because I want to emphasize the importance of having an office separated from the waiting room for billing. Yesterday I went in for my daughter’s orthodontist appointment I paid for the services in the front lobby which I have never done that before, I also wanted to discuss how much money I owed for the remaining visits but there were two other patients in the lobby so i decided not to ask because I didn’t want everyone else to be listening to my conversation. While I was in the lobby waiting for my daughter, another patient stood up and told Vanessa from the financial department that he thinks his wife is being overcharge and he had a discussion on how they are overcharging her, in my opinion it’s very unprofessional to be discussing finances in the lobby in front of everyone and I like it better when financial matters were done in private. Today it was my turn to go in for a cleaning when I was inside getting my cleaning done, my husband was waiting for me in the lobby and he encountered an uncomfortable situation , a patient was very upset because his insurance didn’t cover his dental bill and it was very uncomfortable watching this go on in the lobby instead of being discussed in private. Vanessa from the billing department remained very professional and calm, but it is not ok for the patient to discuss his insurance and financial issues in front of everyone else,, some things are better said and explained in private without having the need to be discussed in front of everyone else.

I was referred to Four Ever Smile Dental Spa by a relative and I am glad I took their recommendation! I came in for a cleaning after pushing it back for so long on my end and Dr. Khan and Jessica took care of me! The pain was minimal even though there was a lot of work to be done considering how long I pushed my cleaning back for and I left feeling like I had a brand new fresh set of teeth! I can’t speak highly enough about the team here. Their expertise, professionalism, and all around care is worth more than 5 stars. I not only plan on coming back here for all future dental work, but encourage anyone and everyone to see Dr. Khan and his team over at Four Ever Dental Spa because they will be taken care of by the best team here! Thank you for making my experience great!

I have been a patient at this office for several years, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I had a scheduled appointment for 10:15 AM and was made to wait for nearly an hour. When I was finally seen, a new staff member told me I could no longer be treated unless I scheduled a deep cleaning (I refused for deep cleaning last two times). This was surprising, as I had a deep cleaning at this same office in 2022. What was even more alarming was her statement that not proceeding with the deep cleaning could create a "legal issue" for the doctors and business. I believe decisions about my treatment plan are my right to make, and I am not comfortable being pressured in this manner. Due to this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Katelyn at the front desk calmly helped me schedule an emergency appointment, Dr. Kahn handled it conservatively without doing unnecessary dentistry, and my regular hygienist Olivia came in to check in me while Leah was helping me. Can’t say enough good things about this office 🤩

I only have good things to say about B Dental at Totowa. This was my first time in the USA for me to go to a dentist and honestly I was a little nervous and worried. From the very first second till the last I was taking care of at a 150%. The receptionists are so lovely and they were helping me a lot with the billing and insurance information. I went to see Dr. Olivia for a deep cleaning and she made sure to give me the best care ever. She was so thorough and gave me a lot of advice. You can tell she truly cares. I also had the chance to meet Dr. Sultan and he was also very caring, and you can tell he cares about his patients! I had an emergency question late at night and he made me super calm and reassured that I was okay (without making me feel bad). I truly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place where they can feel comfortable and want to make sure they are in good hands.😊

The office is clean, modern, and has a calming, spa-like atmosphere Dr. Danny Bishara was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The hygienist was also amazing—very thorough and kind throughout the entire process. You can tell that the whole team truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend b Dental Spa to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and kind dental team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

For this place to be taken over by a new doctor and his staff. I didn't feel very welcome by the receptionist and front staff member. I'm very grateful my hygienist is still working there.

I’ve been going to Bogota Dental Spa for over five years. I’ve personally had implants, root canals, and a bridge done, and my young children have received general and routine dental care—including cleanings—with excellent results. We’ve also had cleanings with their wonderful hygienist, Olivia, who is thorough and gentle. Both Dr. Sherzoy and Dr. Sabat are highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They handle everything from advanced dental procedures to pediatric care with expertise. The office recently replaced their financial staff and receptionist, which has brought a more welcoming and organized atmosphere to the practice. I highly recommend this dental office—trust me, you won’t find better care anywhere else.
