Fountain Place Apartments

I am going through the process to get in there. It is quite long. I am coming into the stretch now hoping it'll only be another week or so. They're very friendly and seem like they would go out of their way to help you. They have a lot of amenities to help living much easier. I haven't seen yet but they offer dog park and so many more amenities that I was not aware of. I have seen several of the tenants in and out and just by looking at them. They wave and say hello or good afternoon. All in all it seems like a very very warm safe place and I can't wait till I am a permanent tenant.

These apartments could be excellent, but the management is the biggest issue. Mindy, the manager, has an authoritarian approach, often speaking down to residents and enforcing rules in a way that removes residents’ rights and privileges.

JUST MOVED IN TEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL WITH ALOT POSITIVE SUPPORT

Their On-site Management is Horrible to ALL tenants living there!!! Not a place for anyone to live in peace and quiet...

The people here are truly amazing! They are kind, welcoming, and always bring such a positive energy. It’s rare to come across a group that is so genuine and caring. Whether you’ve known them for years or just met, they make you feel like family. Simply wonderful people!

I'm in my third year of living here! I enjoy my surroundings and my neighbors! Office staff works hard to keep our premises clean, and if everybody cleans up after themselves it would be nice! We can't expect the office to do everything! I am very happy here!

I have been here for 3 years and I love it the people are great. To be around the apartments are perfect

They dont clean tge trash shoot bugs in the water over charge for things you already did they are rude and crude!!!
