Behzad was very helpful, coming to our home in person, showing us the different options, and giving us several quotes. The quality of the work was excellent. Our only complaint (which would make this a 4* review) is that he does not understand the difference between an invoice and a receipt. We got a quote, paid in full, and he sent an email saying he received the money. We asked for a receipt and he said he sent an email. We said that's not a receipt, we need proof of payment, detailing the work, for warranty purposes. The conversation and trying to explain was frustrating. When the work was finally done, he gave us an *invoice* with the total amount, as if it was still due, rather than a receipt. Whatever. 🙄 We have only had the new garage doors for a week, but so far we are happy with them.
