Allen did a thorough job of assessing the situation and addressing not only what we called about but other minor things that needed to be fixed. He explained everything that he was going to do and I was glad we hadn’t tried to fix it ourselves. He showed us how to check whether the attention on the door was correct, told us about an upcoming deal on new garage doors if we should need one sometime soon, and even asked if our dog was a runner before he opened the door. Very professional. Glad we called.

Connor did an awesome job accommodating my needs, I needed the job done ASAP and he delivered. I asked for a full garage door replacement, all except the motor. The price is fair if you think on the warranty backing up their job. I had horrible experiences with those called “pros” cheaper than others, no invoice, no bill, and only cash because when it gets the time that something is wrong with their work, they disappear. After those instances, I only trust reputable, well rated companies. I cannot be more satisfied, So far, I’m very impressed with their professionalism and eagerness to please the customer.

Fort brother's provide fast service to replace my broken torsion spring and the sensor. But it come with a huge prices tag. The total price is $696.12 for a 50 min job. the labor cost alone is $450. The lesson for me is to take the time to compare price quotes and not feel guilty to send the technician away when the prices is not right.

I did my garage door with them which went off track. I called them because they originally put the door thinking they will be fair in pricing. I was charged $339 for that which is done in almost 15 mins with no parts change. I found pricing not fair and don't see a point calling them again if it broke again after warranty. Their labor warranty is 90 days. Edit: My review is about the pricing. Putting offtrack door shouldn't be $339 which is done in 15 mins. The person who came to fix put a long list of things and itemized it and it felt like lot of work and cable need to be replaced. Once I came to see the progress after 15 mins, it's all done. I called you guys just because of the trust otherwise I would have done some research and get quotes from at least 1-2 company. My point is pricing is not fair and not worth gor repeat customers. I don't know what you refer my door damaged, it just went off track.

The service guy, Trent, was polite, quick, and explained exactly what needed to be done. I got estimates from two other garage Door companies, and this Company was the most reasonably priced. I find it hard to believe that one of the other companies was going to charge me three times as much to do the same work. The other company wanted to give me a quote over the phone without even looking at the door. I am really relieved to find this company.

Colin did an absolutely amazing job!! He showed up on a Sunday to look at the door. He didn't try to sell me on what I didn't need. He was prompt and professional. He replaced the door, rails, and springs. The price was fair and exactly what he told me upfront. This company is a throwback to yesterday and shows that some businesses still care about customer service. I would recommend Fort Brother Garage Doors to anyone!!
