Allen did a thorough job of assessing the situation and addressing not only what we called about but other minor things that needed to be fixed. He explained everything that he was going to do and I was glad we hadn’t tried to fix it ourselves. He showed us how to check whether the attention on the door was correct, told us about an upcoming deal on new garage doors if we should need one sometime soon, and even asked if our dog was a runner before he opened the door. Very professional. Glad we called.

Connor did an awesome job accommodating my needs, I needed the job done ASAP and he delivered. I asked for a full garage door replacement, all except the motor. The price is fair if you think on the warranty backing up their job. I had horrible experiences with those called “pros” cheaper than others, no invoice, no bill, and only cash because when it gets the time that something is wrong with their work, they disappear. After those instances, I only trust reputable, well rated companies.
I cannot be more satisfied, So far, I’m very impressed with their professionalism and eagerness to please the customer.
