I only wish I had explored their full offerings, including lighting, tile, and wall treatments, earlier, as those items had already been purchased elsewhere. Having this level of guidance sooner would have helped avoid costly missteps and unnecessary project delays. My contact, Pam, has an exquisite aesthetic sensibility and a strong ability to view a project holistically. Her guidance was thoughtful, refined, and impeccably aligned with the overall vision. Pricing was fully transparent, communication was clear, and everything from ordering to delivery was seamless. Formation Stone offers a unique combination of luxury materials, design expertise, and flawless execution. Highly recommended.

The worst customer service ever. We bought 4 slabs from this company and after 4 weeks we were informed that the slabs had actually been sold to someone else. And now they won't give us our refund back for the same slabs. The rudest sales person - Pam who informed us (very rudely) that they had been sold hadn't even marked them sold when she sold them. Then she told us we needed to track down the account manager to get our refund.

Amazing selection of sheet granite, some of the best I've ever seen. Napa is a new location for the company, their 4th with others in Palm Desert, San Leandro and Bend Oregon. Their company motto is "OUR PASSION FOR EXOTIC STONE AND SURFACES RUNS DEEP" and you can tell. The building was for many years operated by Gelow's News Service. It was a rundown, dilapidated facility that is now completely remodeled and has undergone an amazing transformation.
