The worst customer service ever. We bought 4 slabs from this company and after 4 weeks we were informed that the slabs had actually been sold to someone else. And now they won't give us our refund back for the same slabs. The rudest sales person - Pam who informed us (very rudely) that they had been sold hadn't even marked them sold when she sold them. Then she told us we needed to track down the account manager to get our refund.
