Specifically, they fixed up a forklift we bought near Louisville, even coordinated with our shipping company on-site to get the unit loaded and sent to us. It's noteworthy they didn't recommend any extraneous repairs, which they certainly could have since we were working with them long-distance. Great experience. A+
