We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Phil Roselle to Corporate Customer Support Manager effective August 24, 2020. Phil’s primary duties will be managing all CSR team members and growing the aftermarket service, parts, rental, and training sales for the company.
Phil joined the company nine years ago as our floor care product specialist. He brought with him a high level of energy and enthusiasm for serving our existing customers and developing new ones.
Phil eventually added the role of Customer Support Representative (CSR) in a demanding and competitive territory. He has consistently improved his sales numbers and landed several large key aftermarket accounts.
He brings a wealth of experience to his new role. If you weren’t already aware, Phil has experience at both the manufacturer and dealer level.
His career includes Regional Sales Manager for Advance floor care equipment manufacturing. On the dealer side, he was a forklift capital equipment salesperson for Yale, Customer Service Sales for a large Raymond dealer in New Jersey, and then for a Toyota forklift dealer in Tennessee.
