Needed a water heater replacement and got several quotes. Force Plumbing offered the best of the quotes I got. Joe, was very professional, friendly and very courteous. On the day of service, the team arrived on schedule and replaced the water heater in record time! They also offered a free plumbing inspection of the house. Their customer service is also top-notch. I highly recommend Force Plumbing.

Great experience! Fast repair and great service. Just got a home and found that the water heater was leaking gas, they came out the next day, got the replacement parts quickly and did the repair within half an hour. Joe and Matt were both great professionals and I would recommend them to all.

Nice staff and they knew their stuff. But, they definitely look for uneducated buyers who just want a problem fixed. Make sure you request the Model number of tank... They tell you you it better model than what is available at big box but, only marginally but, they want to charge 250% more... Did not appreciate my time being wasted, felt unethical. I kindly paid the 50$ for their visit but, requested they leave due to the pricing. Buyer beware.

I had Force Heating and Cooling come out to diagnose my Navien combo cycle unit. They got Navien to approve sending out new replacement parts that another company was not able to do. Saving my family a lot of money. These people are top notch technicians and craftsmen. They stand behind their work so you really can’t go wrong when you hire them.

I hired Force Plumbing to replace the heat exchanger in my Bosch tankless water heater after it cracked and almost flooded my basement, and had an amazing experience with them. The technical work was excellent, they knew the Bosch systems inside and out, but what really stood out was how much extra effort they put in. They tracked down the supplier I’d bought the unit from years earlier and made sure the replacement part was covered under warranty. That saved me a ton of money right there. After installing the new exchanger, a bunch of secondary issues popped up, all stemming from the original crack. Joe and his team spent hours troubleshooting, talking directly to Bosch support, and chasing down solutions. One day they even drove through a brutal snowstorm just to pick up a specific washer the unit needed. I honestly lost track of how much time they invested, yet they never billed me for a single extra hour. They just kept at it until the unit was operational. Hands down, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company. These guys are exceptional.

The two technicians Matt and Danny were extremely polite and professional. They completed the job and cleaned up explaining what they did They requested that we examine their work. Highly recommend Force Plumbing

I can't speak highly enough about Force. My boiler finally died and the team at Force (Ali and Sue) worked hard to rush through an emergency replacement, and Joe and Matthew worked all day to install my brand new combi unit. What a professional and caring team. I am so happy with my new system and extremely grateful for how quickly they rearranged their schedules to get heat back into my home.

Can not be more happy with the service ! Joey and Tim were amazing . We had a garbage disposal, removed a new plumbing installed for our kitchen sink. They were fast efficient knew what they were talking about. Cleaned up everything before they left and to top it all off truly nice guys. Can not recommend them enough for all your pluming needs

Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended a cheaper non evasive option than snaking the drains. He did not try and sell us something that we did not need. I would definitely recommend Force to anyone in need of a plumber.
