Foothills has been an amazing company to work with. My lawn mower died after the first cut this season and it's turned into a wild jungle. Foothills stopped by and it looks AMAZING! Thanks again for an awesome job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I unfortunately hired this company to do $10,000 in landscaping. What I ended up with was a mess. A big part of the project was putting down sod. Instead of clearing the gravel and putting down top soil, they put the sod over the stone. Of course it looked nice the first day but sod will not grow on stone!!! The owner will say the pictures were awesome the first day, but you could put sod on an asphalt driveway and it would look great for a few days...The attached picture are what I ended up with. As you can see-this was not done correctly. In addition to the shoddy job with the sod, they managed to break 4 brand new sprinkler heads, broke a fence, ripped up the parts of the yard that they weren’t working on with the bobcat never seeded it, claimed they gave me extra sod for free (because they had ripped up the yard so badly) and broke 10 pavers on a path. This company claims they have a warranty but they will never show up after the damage is done. The owner falsely claims I hired another landscaper which voided my warranty. Out of desperation after repeated no shows, I had to hire someone else. He also falsely claims that I did not pay him, but of course I will bring the cancelled checks he had no problem cashing to court with me. There was an easy fix for this-fix the shoddy job Foothills Property Management did. Of course that was a no-show. I highly advise that you don’t use this company for anything.

Extremely pleased with the work performed by Andrew. Hired Foothills to clear and remove the remaining brush stumps and overgrowth from my yard to be able to extend my usable space. Showed up way a day after the free estimate and completed the work at a blistering pace. He even went above and beyond the scope of work by clearing extra overgrowth and mowing my entire 3 acre yard including the drainage ditch which is a major pain. Would recommend Foothills Property Management to anyone looking to improve their exterior space

Foothills Property Services was incredible to work with. They are responsive and timely. I called them (without having worked with them before) when my property had an urgent need for snow and ice services beyond what we are able to handle in house. Andy was able (and willing) to bail us out. Their equipment is second to none, he is knowledgeable and has the expertise to perform his work thoroughly and professionally without any worry from the customer if the work would be done correctly. Andy and Foothills Property Management is very community oriented and sensitive to their customers needs. They went above and beyond to ensure my property was correctly taken care of and all problems mitigated, beyond my expectations. Pricing is very fair, and in fact a total bargain when weighing their professionalism and customer service, equipment and material. 10/10 would recommend to any commercial, or large, private or specialty property customers. VERY satisfied customer.

Our yard was a mess, ruined by a person we hired to landscape, ripped up and the person never returned to complete the work. Fortunately we found Andrew and his crew who did an amazing job leveling the yard, putting down sod and building 2 raised stone gardens. We enjoyed a beautiful lawn as well as an abundance of vegetables and herbs from the garden all summer. Not only that but Andrew gets right back to us with any questions or issues about lawn care. We highly recommend his business. They are the best!

A HUGE Shoutout to Andrew and Foothills Property Management!! I called Andrew for a last minute and much needed snow plowing job for one of my clients houses after the storm yesterday. Even though he was already busy, he made the time, had the driveway and walkway done within 2 hours. Great job and VERY MUCH appreciated!! Thank you!!

They are a great company. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied. He is always giving back to the community. I was a winner of Summer yard maintenance, it was better than I ever expected. They also remodeled my backyard with Beautiful sod and rock landscaping. 10/10

I have known Andy for a few years now and he is very professional. He will go out of his way to make sure that everything you want is done with care and is of great quality .
