Foothill Urgent Care

I visited Foothill Urgent Care for the first time last week and had such a wonderful experience. It was the best urgent care experience I’d had in years honestly. I don’t think I’d ever felt that listened to, cared for, and attended to at an urgent care or really even at my primary care in a very long time. Louisa made sure she listened to every issue I had, gave me solutions and explained the reasoning in detail, and didn’t dismiss anything I shared. Plus, the reception staff was really nice and my wait wasn’t long at all (I came about a half an hour after they opened). If I need to go back to urgent care I know where I’ll be going back to :)

left Urgent care I do not know why this place has so many good reviews. They’re unprofessional, and the Nurse Practitioner ignores many of issues. The medical assistant ladies in the front give advice but are wrong? I chose to come here because of the reviews, but was quickly disappointed.

Today’s visit to Foothill Urgent Care was exceptional. Although they recently opened, the quality of service was outstanding. The attention and care I received were remarkable, and I haven’t felt this well-cared-for in a long time. I am very grateful for my visit and the way I was treated. I will definitely come back and make this my local urgent care from now on. I’m glad they opened nearby and I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience at Foothill Urgent Care. Everyone took their time to answer my questions and I felt very well taken care of. I appreciate the private parking lot in the back too, it makes it easier to get in and out. I would definitely come back!

I've never used an "urgent care" facility before. Since my own HMO emergency room had a four hour wait, I thought I would give Foothill Urgent Care a try. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and was seen immediately. I only had to show my ID and insurance card. My whole visit (including x-rays) was completed in less than 30 minutes. The staff was courteous and friendly and the whole experience was fantastic! I definitely will be using them in the future. I highly recommend them.

My entire family has visited Foothill Urgent Care for different medical concerns, and we have all had a fantastic experience. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. From the front desk to the medical team, everyone made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The treatments we received were effective, and the NPs took the time to explain everything clearly. The wait times were reasonable, and the facility was clean and well-organized. We also appreciate their excellent customer service-everyone was patient, compassionate, and genuinely cared about our well-being. Overall, we highly recommend Foothill Urgent Care to anyone in need of quality medical attention. Our family is grateful for the outstanding care we received!

Came in with a severe cold that had me home from work. This place is close to my house. Visit was quick. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and on top of things. No complaints. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. I came in today for my foot around 4pm. Got the things completed around 5:30. I got out around 6. Time flew though, I felt like it wasn’t too much of a long process, it was great. All the workers I came across were super nice. I felt cared for and the people are very knowledgeable about what they do, which gave me comfort. They know what they are doing. Great atmosphere too, you know the workers get along well too with each other. 10/10 would recommend.
