Her guidance and expertise helped me feel confident in every decision and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Elle Ferris is wonderful! Her excellent communication skills and knowledge, are only outpaced by her honest desire to find you your new home. One tremendous advantage she has, is that she is licensed in both New Hampshire and Maine, so for those who are undecided about which State to choose, she eliminates the need to have two agents! Elle is supported by a very talented and caring Fontaine Group. They are a huge asset with so much experience. Elle is kind, ethical, hard-working and has a vast knowledge of all unique offerings of the local towns. She simply is a joy to work with. Thank you, Elle, for making it happen!
