Last year, I had Ken come out to survey some drainage issues I was having in my backyard. Every other contractor claimed that French drains would solve the issue but Ken wanted to install an exterior sump pump to drain the water into and move it to the street. Every heavy rain this year, the sump moved the water out and kept the backyard less saturated. This year I’d asked him to remove the 30 year old concrete and landscaping beds around the back of my property and he quickly removed all the materials, graded the yard and seeded. He also diagnosed an issue with my downspouts he’ll be caring for soon. He’s always been pleasant and done the work to a high standard.

I have had water problems at my house for the entire time ive owned it and could not nail down a contractor to install the drainage/downspouts around the property, one call to Foltz and they came out. Ken looked at the property had a plan and they knocked it out in no time. I did not have to babysit nor did i have any concerns of a job done improperly. Good guys they know what they are doing , very respectful, honest , and reliable would recommend to anyone!

Put a lot of thought into this review before leaving it. Had water coming in my house a year ago, and had Foltz's out to install a french drain. We just had our first major rain since then a few weeks ago and the water came in at the exact same time. When they came out, they spent more time trying to gaslight me (i.e. the entire time) than they did coming up with actual solutions (they never did, and I haven't heard back since). While the guy was here: - They repeatedly asked if there was a change in the sloping (there wasn't) while implying that must be why it wasn't draining, - They said that something must have changed because they would have noticed when it rained prior if there was pooling (there's no way that in a vehicle, while driving past on the highway I live on, in the rain, that you could see along the whole side of my house to get a good judge of drainage), - They said that we'd had worse rains this year, so it didn't make sense it would flood now (this was the first time since the installation that my Alexa warned me that we could have flooding) - Worse of all, they told me the gravel at the front corner of my house must have been put there recently, and that's what caused the problem. He showed me some blurry photo from after the work to "prove" it must have been added after they installed the french drain, to the point that I even started questioning myself. That is, until I looked at pictures from when I bought the house, and when the flooding first appeared, and saw that the gravel was, in fact, there at that time. Ended up digging down by the house and working through a solution myself. I don't recommend this company unless you're looking for whatever headache you're trying to resolve to resurface later on. Picture attached is from after the rain a few weeks ago, about thirty minutes after a couple guys and I dug trenches to drain the water.

Foltzs construction did a nice job of burying my gutters along the side of the house, warerproofing my walls and tying in the new drain with the city drain at the road They were very thorough with everything and even graded, laid straw and seeded my lawn when finished. I’d highly recommend them to anyone

Amanda & Ken at Foltz Construction are great to work with...our landscaping project improved our property and better yet made a great family space for us. You won't find harder working people than Foltz!

Just a note to say if you are looking for anything, graded, pipe, lines installed, driveways or parking lots leveled and filled with gravel. You came to the right place Foltz construction does it all and on time and on budget! JOB WELL DONE. THANKYOU

Wish there was a zero for this, they can't show for a job if they tried. Their communication is absolutely terrible. If you want something done in a time span of 1 year it may get done.

Foltz’s crew was great to work with. Ken and his crew were very honest and hardworking . The downspout project they did for me is working great and looks great! Highly recommend!

When a semi went through and ruined our front yard we hired Foltz’s Construction. Ken and Amanda are kind, helpful, knowledgeable. Ken and his crew were great. They were efficient, hard working, thorough. Ken explained what needed to be done and got it done.

Foltz Construction did my 50yr old concrete inground pool demolition. After my initial appointment with Ken, who was very knowledgeable about my project and how he would complete my project, I knew this was the company to hire. He was honest. Ken and his crew were very professional and kind. They came same time everyday and worked hard a long hours and weren't bothered if I had a question. They were very easy to talk to. The project was complete as quoted....pool was gone, yard was graded, seeded and stray on top, fence gate put back up, and powerwashed drive where equipment was. I could see he takes pride in his work and has respect for the property he is working on. Foltz Construction is a very professional, honest, and organized company who did an amazing job at my house and I would recommend them to family and friends!
