We had such a great experience with Folsom Lake Heating & Air! They were able to schedule service so quickly after I called and completed all the necessary repairs within less than a week. The office staff was amazing—friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. Tami, especially was an absolute joy.The technicians who came out were kind, respectful, and professional, and they left everything spotless when they were done. It’s been tough finding an HVAC company willing to work in the small space we have, but they didn’t hesitate and handled it with ease. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area!

Our furnace stopped heating the house Dec 15 and I was frantically trying to get someone out the next day to fix it. It reached 63-64° in the morning Dec 16, as I was trying to get ready for work. Folsom Lake Heating & Air who I found on Yelp got back to me quickly and had an opening at the time I’d be home from work. Pavel was super nice, and jump started the furnace and trouble shooted the issue. No more cold house! I highly recommend this company!

My heater started having problems right as the cold November weather hit and with Thanksgiving coming up next week I was worried…and freezing cold. :-) I called Folsom Lake Heating and Air and they were able to fit me in for an appointment that same day. Leo was great! He was professional, friendly, and fast. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed our heater during the same visit. I’m so grateful for their prompt reliable service. The team at Folsom Lake Heating and Air did a great job servicing our air conditioner. They were responsive, fast, and did good work. Tami is very friendly and went above and beyond to fill out the appropriate paperwork for us to try for a rebate from our utility company. We had shopped around to a few places and had asked for them to do an air conditioner tuneup for this season and also a dryer vent clean out. They were the one companies that got back really fast. And when I say fast, I have put in a quote and I got an answer back within five minutes. They were very on top of everything asking me what I want done they gave me the price right upfront so there wasn’t any surprises. It was a flat rate of $69 to do the AC tuneup. Then they gave me 5 to 6 choices for time scheduling to come out to do the job. They were able to do the job the very next day and the very first appointment at 9 am. Clayton was our technician who came out. He was very friendly, very polite and very respectful. I was able to walk him through the whole house to show him where the job was. I love that they were able to do a 21 point inspection for the AC tune up to ensure that the AC is ready for summer. These were few of the test that was performed: Thermostat: Ensures it's functioning correctly and calibrated. Filters: Inspects and cleans or replaces air filters. Electrical Components: Checks wiring, connections, and safety controls. Airflow: Verifies proper airflow through the system. Visual Inspection: Checks for any signs of damage, wear, or leaks. Operational Test: Runs the system to ensure it's operating correctly and efficiently. Clayton was also able to tell me that our filters need to change over and was able to give me the sizes so that I can purchase the correct ones to install for ourselves. He did a phenomenal job with the dryer vent cleaning, which also happened to be in the attic for us. He also told us that there was a small drip in there and was able to clear out the clog from the AC for us. He was very hands-on, very efficient and very thorough with everything. We had also asked them to give us a quote to move our AC unit which happened to be on our back patio. I love that I was able to ask questions and he was able to give me the different scenarios of what would work and what wouldn’t work and why did didn’t work. Thank you so much for your honesty. They are a local business mom and Pop shop we love giving business to local business. We will definitely do business with them again and we highly recommend them to anybody in the area.

The guys from Folsom Lake heating and air were awesome. They installed a complete variable speed HVAC system for us replacing a 21 year old system that came with our home. They explained everything that needed to be replaced, getting us up to code with larger ducts. we couldn’t have asked for a better team and the prices were great compared to competitors. We highly recommend them and will continue using them in the future.

I had this crew come to the house for a diagnostic. In the end it turned out I needed to replace the unit. These dudes killed it. They were the best price around and their work was great. They replaced the entire unit and hooked up my new smart thermostat. They really went above and beyond to make sure the heating and cooling worked. To make sure I set up the thermostat, the app on my phone, and knew how to use it. I have a second unit that is 20+ years old which I'm sure will need replacing soon. I will definitely go with these dudes again. Highly recommend. They came through right before the summer heat and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. Tami the receptionist was also great and was constantly in contact with me.

These guys are the real deal! I was in the middle of an urgent real estate transaction and needed HVAC inspection and repair fast. Folsom Lake Heating and Air were the first to respond — even after normal business hours — and had me scheduled for the very next day. They went above and beyond to locate, went out of their way to pick up the needed parts after inspection. I received text updates and photos throughout the entire process, start to finish. Friendly, fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. This is how a business should be run. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future HVAC needs.
