My experience with Flying Academy is unique. At first glance, it was another flight school. When I took my 100-hour first time solo cross country for time building I realized I was in good hands. The admission process, the transportation from/to the airport, the welcoming on the first day, the personal treatment, the facilities, the accommodation, the instructors, the staff - everything was satisfying and professional, and you don't get it in every flying school. For me, the most important thing was aircraft maintenance. In time building, it's crucial when you spend so many hours on the same aircraft, and it's even better when you have more than one branch to count on in such a long trip (from west coast to east coast and back). I flew the Cessna 172 and Piper Arrow 28R (which I liked most). The rent was a bit high, but it was fair and it was worth it! My next 100-hour trip is going to be in Flying Academy, not because it's the best (nothing is perfect), but because it gained my trust.
