Flying Academy Miami is a flight school authorized by the FAA under Part 141 and Part 61. Our school is located just 13 miles (21 km) southwest of Downtown Miami at Miami Executive Airport (Tamiami), Miami FL, USA. Miami Executive Airport is known for its high volume of traffic which will prepare you for your future pilot career. Florida's tropical weather makes it possible to fly year-round so you can expect over 360 flying days. These conditions provide the perfect opportunity to build up hours quickly so you can jump into the seat of an airline or corporate position.

Pretty fun, me and a friend of mine went to Miami to do 50hours each as time builders, first couple days we flew together to understand better the radio calls and to help each other out, then we almost flew everyday with two different planes (c-150) and went around all over the Florida state from 6 to 8 hours daily of flight time. Everything was good for me but every plane had a different little problem, from the radio to the strut or the rpm indicator but if you ask you can go to maintenance to have it checked and be sure to be safe in any case. Btw flying in the States is really funny and easy ngl, amazing experience. It took 12 days for me to do the 50 hours as a pic and I had 9 days to do some vacation too, depends on the weather too but it was always sunny bumpy and windy (funny). Highly recommended for Time builders as experience.

Amazing experience with the discovery flights, trained pilots, and they were very friendly made my first time flying experience amazing, they even let me do crazy stuff 😂
