Flux Appliance Repair

On the Sunday before Thanksgiving, our refrigerator broke down. We called Flux, and they returned our call 60 minutes later to set up an appointment later that day. Andrew diagnosed and repaired the refrigerator's problem. He cleaned up, and was very professional. We are very grateful for their service, and would recommend them strongly to others with appliance issues.

Flux appliance repair was a pleasure to work with. They contacted me directly because my range was under warranty. Max was very professional and sent a technician to my house in less than 24 hours. The technician contacted me when he was on his way and he arrived on time, so my whole day wasn’t wasted. Even though my range was under warranty and I didn’t have to pay for parts and labor, the bill seemed reasonable to me for the time the technician was here. I would definitely call Flux again and I highly recommend them!

Flux is definitely the best in the shore area. I've dealt with other repair people and they just want to collect a fee for their visit regardless of the result. The repair on my old GE dishwasher required a little bit more attention and a few extra visits, and they accommodated ,without any fuss. In fact,a month later I ended up having another problem with the spring mechanism and the door, which was completely separate from the issue that they solved. Flux helped me out. Didn't charge me any additional labor , or a trip fee, and just charged me the cost of the part. Honesty, Integrity, and a real concern for the customer experience. A+

The most important they’re FAST. I call them, because my Samsung refrigerator was leaking, and I didn’t have to wait for weeks for them to come. Max came the same day and determine the problem right away. Thank you so much for quick and quality service. Highly recommend
