Staff was awesome. Guy with long hair was helpful and bald guy was super friendly will go back agen.they did what I wanted them to do and they did it well what the hell else do you want from a place.will go back and tell friends to go here.

Fair pricing and friendly service!

I stopped by Floyd's on Friday to see if they had time to work on my zero turn mower. I explained the issue I was having and they said if I could drop it off they would start on it Monday. I was called today Monday that it was done. I'm impressed with the timelines of the repair also at a fair price. Thank you 👍🏼

I would rate this place 0 stars but it doesn't let you. They want to sell you items without details it's like buy it and screw you with it 👎👎👎👎👎

Wouldn’t say anything other than pass on marketplace. Tried buying a motor from this establishment. Was willing to meet whenever. And all’s he said was pass. That to me isn’t professional. I offered 25$ below price. It’s marketplace. It’s A place to haggle. He said pass. Explained I Would take it for 125 and can meet whenever. He said pass again. Small business owners that do this or allow an employee to do so doesn’t deserve my Money. Will never step foot into your shop again. And won’t be promoting you ever again. Used to buy from you on occasion. When I was over that way. Will go elsewhere.

Not very helpful. The employee I talk to was was lazy and unwilling to help. I came in with a part and limited info on the part and they refused to help me find a replacement. I check with 3 other stores for the part and all were able to determine they did not have the part but they all did what they could could to help me. If you go here I would recommend that you know exactly what you need or they will not help you.

I had drove from Big Rapids to buy an engine for my riding mower from Brian at Floyd’s. I drove all the way home and realized that I made a huge mistake with the shaft size from what I needed to the one I bought. When I contacted Brian at Floyd’s he worked with me every step of the way to make sure I get the right engine. Great company and staff. Very knowledgeable and stand behind theirs products and their work. Highly recommend!
