Working with Neal was incredible from start to finish, the word 'Pro' is in the name and it shows. He was an absolute professional in every way possible. He was communicative, on time, up front about the work, and transparent with pricing. Neal installed a new water heater, replaced a broken hose bib, and repaired a cracked irrigation system pipe in an afternoon and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. I'll be referring all my friends to him for any type of work, and will absolutely call him again for any future needs. Thanks again!

Neal came out yesterday and replaced my water heater. He was professional, personable, and insisted on top quality work. I had the pleasure of his company as he worked and discovered that he has and will continue to refuse work where a low standard is requested or expected. His work when completed was extremely well done. I don't know about you, but these are the results I want and he is the plumber I want to do work for me.

Neal did all the plumbing for my home downtown which was a full construction job. He did an amazing job no issues and I’ve been in my home 3 years now. Very experienced! Even if it’s just declogging a drain. His pricing can’t be beat!

Neal with Flow Pro Plumbing unclogged my kitchen sink . He was very professional and his customer service is awesome. I had 2 plumbers come out prior to his visit and they said I would have to get the lines jetted for $1000.00. He unclogged my sink in the first 30 min and did not over charge . He also gave me advice on how to keep it clear . He will be the first person I call in the future.

I can’t praise this man enough for the work that he did on my shower . If you want a honest plumber and someone that won’t rip you off then Neal is who you want coming to your house or business . The company I called before him wouldn’t even fix my shower drain unless I spent 5k on all new plumbing but Neal knew exactly what to do after I sent him a few pictures and went straight to the problem & got it done within 45 minutes . He’s fast , efficient and very friendly. Neal will be my go to guy for any plumbing needs in the future . Thankyou so so much for all your help .

Neal provided outstanding, professional service, kept me informed of what was happening, and completed all work in a timely manner, including an additional job that I requested at the last minute. This service was particularly helpful because I was arranging it remotely from 500 miles away for my sister who knows nothing about plumbing issues. Neal was very professional and courteous with my sister as well. On top of all that, he was also reasonably priced for the services provided. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Neal was absolutely wonderful! He arrived hours ahead of schedule. Figured out our issues with our septic system at our facility and worked with us to get it resolved. I highly recommend him to anyone that has plumbing issues! Very professional, and very pleasant to work with!

I had to get a plumber out to my house in 2022 during the Thanksgiving holiday as my main drain pipe was clogged by a nail strip and it was causing sewage to back flow into my master shower. It was important that I had someone come address the issue ASAP as i had s full house for the holidays. This company was the only company that would answer a call for me. They were swift with getting out to my home and even swifter with analyzing and correcting the issue. Fast forward 2 more years and I had an urgent need for a plumber once again. These were the 1st guys that came to mind! I called them and they answered immediately and were able to come out to fix the issue I had within the hour. Turns out someone flushed a 13-gallon trash bag down the toilet! This is my number 1 plumber and I recommend them to anyone who is in need for a plumber. Great results and even better services. I'm glad they were the only ones to pick the phone up 2 years ago. They will have my service as long as I ever need it.

Neal has helped me several times - always professional, prompt, helpful, and friendly. The last time was in March of this year to replace my old leaky hot water heater. I paid him $1500 in cash, for which he promised me an emailed receipt. Despite contacting him multiple times by text and phone call, as of September 20, I have still not received a receipt, so I have no proof of purchase/warranty. I’m really disappointed. My rating would be 5 stars if not for this.
