This dental team has been perspective changing and the absolute highest bar I have seen for dental care (and healthcare)! I am so grateful to be a patient at Floss and Fido 😊 ⭐️ A welcoming environment for all that makes you feel relaxed. You sit and look at beautiful trees through gigantic beautiful windows during your appointment, the office is cozy and comfy! Each patient also has plenty of space, the dental spaces are spacious and beautiful ✅ 🍃 🌲 ⭐️ The team is so kind and supportive! I had big emotions and anxiety to go to the dentist, past negative experiences, and shame around my dental journey. Dr. Jacqueline and her team pivoted my experience from the first visit and on. I cruise to the dentist knowing that I am in good hands and this team is supportive and helpful for not only dental but mental health needs. 😊 ⭐️ Quality of care is ✨ above and beyond ✨ I have quite a small mouth and Dr. Jacqueline is gentle and even has helped with a bite block option that I can use comfortably. I trust this team completely ✅ ⭐️ Christine (office manager) is always so kind, calm, and her energy with scheduling, payments, paperwork, and entering/exit-ing the clinic is peaceful, gentle, and helpful! As an anxiety peep, wow this really makes a difference being able to enter and leave a space with a team member who helps you do it with ease! ⭐️ Bonus points for vibes the vibes, joy, and overall environment with this team and office are five star worthy! Thank you to this team!! I feel lucky and relieved to be a patient at this office! I absolutely recommend this office 😊

Very kind receptionist. Assistant was so sweet too! The doctor was amazing. She took the time to listen and help me. It was the most relaxing and comfortable dentist session I have ever had which is insane to say when your mouth and head are pounding. Would recommend this place to any and everyone.

A very nice and pleasant experience! From the moment we walked in to getting myself and my 15 month old seen by the Dr., the whole staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative. This was my baby’s first dental appointment and Dr. Sanders was absolutely wonderful, attentive, and patient with him. I really appreciate how they were so accommodating and provided my baby with support such and offering him a toy car to play with and take home and bringing in their clinic puppy to cheer the baby up as he was nervous getting his teeth done for the first time. I appreciate Dr. Sander’s transparency and taking the time to throughly answer all of our questions/concerns. I’m so happy that I found a dental clinic that works great for myself and my baby. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to anyone! Thank you all so much again!

First visit to Floss & Fido and I was thoroughly impressed. Dr Jacquie is a rare type in the medical field today. She actually spent time getting acquainted and provided great feedback on initial consult. Dental care is a high priority for me so it is important that I have a dentist that I like and can trust. I recently moved into the area which meant I needed to find a new dentist. I was fortunate that her office was close by and she has amazing reviews so I took a chance and booked my appointment. It is clear why she has such great reviews. She and her team are all welcoming. The clinic is super with great modern equipment. Can’t wait to go back for my cleaning in a couple weeks!!!

Like a lot of people, I have a complicated and traumatic history with dentistry. It’s so hard to take the step to get care and usually it only happens when something has gone terribly wrong. Lots of shame involved, aside from the anxiety and physical discomfort. This is the first time I have felt truly cared for by my dentist. She saw me for the first time during an emergency. She made time to see me at the end of the day. She took the time to actually learn how to say my impossible-to-pronounce name. She never made me feel like there is something wrong with me or that my dental issues are because of my own neglect—like most other dentists I have been to have in one way or another. I felt like I was a human being, that my feelings and worries matter, that there are always options for my dental care. I know it’s weird, but I left the office feeling more cared for and empowered than I have after counseling. sessions. For the first time ever, I have very little anxiety when I have a dentist appointment. Her team is just wonderful too. Cannot recommend enough. So happy that I found Dr. Jacquie :)

Let me tell ya’ll something… Floss & Fido is absolutely amazing!!! From the moment I started searching for recommendations, to the end of the appointment, I felt like I was part of the family. Dr. Sanders walked me through everything, was very thorough, and we made a plan. I can’t wait to go back and see all of them once I get this extraction over with. Thank you all again for being who you are and helping me with my dental needs.

What an amazing Dr. and staff! It felt like going to a friend’s house and settling into warmth and comfort of fun and quality conversation. I (actually) look forward to my next appointment!! 10 stars all around! 🏆

Literally the BEST dentist I've been to! And this was my 1st visit! Christine, Moose, Brook and Dr. Jackie are AWESOME! Warm, inviting comfortable office, I felt like I had been going there since Day 1! Dr. Jackie is very thorough and accommodating. You will not dread going to the dentist anymore! I'm so glad I found Floss & Fido!

I brought my 9 year old child in today for their second visit with Dr Sanders. This kiddo has had a lot of trouble with her teeth and too many very poor experiences with past dentists that resulted in a lot of fear going forward. Everything about Dr Sanders’ practice puts my kiddo at ease - the fantastic team and fun, unassuming waiting room, the gentle care received in the treatment chair, the time Dr Sanders spends connecting with her patients and educating with scientific terms (big plus for my kiddo!). As a parent I feel my kiddo has truly been seen as the individual they are and given thought and treatment specific to their needs and development. My kiddo has had such a rough time with dentist visits and would dread approaching appointments with high levels of anxiety. Now she counts down the days and LOVES going to see Dr Sanders and the whole team!

Wonderful experience! Everyone was so kind and the Dentist made me feel heard and eased my fears💕Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. Just had a Cavity filled which normal would send me into an anxiety attack, but not this time! I can’t say enough great things about this place! No longer afraid of going to the dentist!!
