I purchased a 2018 Carver C52 and had to transport it from Tampa ​Bay to Wilmington, NC. ​ Unfortunately, we damaged the props on the west side of Lake Okeechobee​ and were shut down. ​ I contacted Alexander at Florida Prop​eller Repair, and he immediately drove three hours to help us. ​In just 48 hours, he had the props repaired and got us back on the water​ saving us a lot of money in delay cost.​ The very next day, we damaged the props again while ​as we were crossing Lake Okeechobee​ (sad but true). ​ I called Alexander ​again and he ​immediately drove two hours, pulled the props out while the boat was in the water, and had them repaired and back on the boat in just over 24 hours.​ Again, saving us a lot of money in delay cost. We had vibration in our catamaran’s starboard sail drive and contacted Sebastian. We were on a mooring at Dinner Key Marina , and he came out to our boat with his equipment. He not only found damage to the starboard prop, but also discovered that the port prop was likely to fall off soon. He took off both props, had them cleaned, serviced and painted, then came out and put them back on the boat. The cost was very reasonable. He also gave us good recommendations on other things to check. We were very pleased with his service and advice.
