These days it’s too easy to find fault and complain about people….usually justified. HOWEVER Floorsplus are not these people. From the initial request and the great communication from Lyall the job was completed to a very high standard. I’m a Google review addict and I wouldn’t have gone to Floorsplus if they didn’t have good reviews. Happy to say I wasn’t disappointed. Sanding floors to a high standard can’t be hard…? But it’s the communication and professionalism that sets this company apart. I’m 99.9% confident you won’t be disappointed. House isn’t finished yet otherwise I would have posted pictures….but I’m happy to report, the sanded oak floors now look brand new. 10/10

Floorsplus transformed our floors which were really uneven and damaged. Really pleased with work completed, pretty quick turnaround time and kept us up to date every day.

We bought a project house during Covid and the floors were in an awful state. They were stained and had hatches cut out everywhere. One room had piping coming through the flooring and rotten floorboards. Lyall and his team were brilliant, great communicators all the way through the process and had a real passion for making sure the job was finished to a high standard and on budget. We’ve now got the original floorboards sanded and finished to an amazing standard throughout the house and it looks amazing. We will be using Floorsplus again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I love my floor, the floorboards were in pretty poor condition when we started, but now they look beautiful. They are cleaned up, but still keep the authentic and rustic charm of the property. I was pleasantly surprised with how affordable a solution this was and Lyall was so helpful in talking me through the process and breaking down the costs.

Floorsplus have restored the wooden floorboards in our kitchen and utility room. I just love them and the light they bring to the rooms. Lyall is just great at making the floors look fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Our 20 year old floor needed a major makeover. Floors+ did a fantastic job. Dust free as promised, done in a day and half a morning. Nice, knowledgeable, respectful, professional and friendly guys. Definitely highly recommend.

Lyall and his squad came in to sand stain and finish my floors in my tenement. The quality of service was outstanding. No corners were cut and all the boys worked diligently and thoroughly. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you gang.

Lyall and his team had done an excellent job of repairing and sanding some floors for us last year so we asked them to come back to check and repair our bedroom floors before we re carpeted. He went out of his way to fit into our timescale and did another excellent job! Easy communication, reliable and knowledgable. Great team! Would certainly recommend.
