It’s a joy to write this review because I cant say enough great things about this business! We had a series of extenuating circumstances, and needed to have our flooring replaced. Madelyn and Israel (the owners) came to our house multiple times and offered us so many solutions and estimates. We had problems; they had solutions. They did not give up on our project, and we are so grateful for that! We love our floors! They worked with us for months helping us find a product that worked for our needs and our budget without compromising quality. The customer service they delivered is unequal in this industry. We know because we have worked with others. Madelyn is very professional and personable. This is why ultimately we chose to have them take on the project and redo almost the entire 2400sq ft house. They were recommended to us by our neighbors, and now we also recommend them. The person they had work on our floors is a work horse! I was amazed by his skill, humility, and attention to detail, and I have an eye for details! They all worked together to help make an otherwise chaotic stressful process work. They were also flexible and accommodating which we really needed. It was reassuring to know that there are still businesses who take pride in their work! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my floors and neither should you!

To say that we are impressed with this company is the greatest understatement. Israel, Madelyn, and their crew make a fantastic team. The process of planning, funding and executing our floor refresh was made so seamless and easy. We had reached out to three other flooring businesses regarding the project prior to selecting Flooring Pro Services. Their pricing was competitive and they offered an additional 10% discount because I am a nurse. Apart from that, Israel brought samples out to our home on the initial visit so that we could truly visualize the product over our tile prior to choosing. When none of the options fit our vision, Israel went so far as to leave another sample on our doorstep! Madelyn accommodated my husbands very busy schedule and even made a phone call to him at 10pm (at our request) to finalize the financing process. The 700 sq. ft. project was complete in ONE DAY. The two-man crew was professional and courteous, and even went as far as to install a new bathroom vanity for us at no extra cost. Deciding to replace your floors is a very big decision, but this company made it an easy one. If you’re thinking about moving forward with LVP installation, this company is the best of the best!!!

I was looking to have vinyl tile installed in my garage. I'd already purchased the tile, I just needed it installed. I searched on Angi and received a call from Flooring Pro's. Isreal came out and gave me a reasonable quote, so I decided to book them for the job. The workers were on time and when the job was finish I was extremely satisfied. It looks great and I will definitely call them in the future for my flooring needs.

When my wife and I any flooring needs in my home. Flooring Pros are my first call. This is the third project we have done with Flooring Pros. One of the owners brought samples out to the house and discussed best options for our job. Communication was excellent about the job and all things leading up to the job Job was actually finished a day early. Crew was very clean and worked around our day.
