After having a flood which popped some of our 20+ year old tiles Tammy from FCI was recommended to us by our insurance agent. She was more than professional in explaining the entire process and made a few much appreciated suggestions. We decided to replace the tile with Luxury Vinyl planks. Francisco and his crew did an outstanding job removing the old tile, leveling the concrete and installing the new flooring. Their work on the transitions and baseboards rivals that of any high end work I've seen. Tammy, Francisco and team made an otherwise bad experience (flood) into something more than just easy to deal with. If you need new flooring you can't do better than FCI Frisco and Tammy and team.

Recently had an outstanding experience with Floor Coverings International - Frisco with the purchase and installation of our master bedroom carpet. Tammy and her team (Monica in the office and Marcos the installer) were fantastic. Very communicative and prompt, friendly, and professional. They replaced/refinished our 5" red oak floors after a house flood and did a great job. Red Oak is a tough wood to try and achieve a "natural" look without it being too pink, but we figured it out (See before and after pics). Would definitely recommend.
