Flood Medics Restoration

We had an amazing experience with Flood Medics! Our washing machine flooded our upstairs, and downstairs. Morris Jenkins recommend Flood Medics and they came immediately and started drying out our home, removing the tile flooring in our laundry, removed drywall in our laundry room, living room ceiling, and office ceiling. They installed huge fans to dry up the water and carefully removed our personal items.They took care of all the insurance paperwork regarding the major repair. The repair was a 3 week job, and we stayed in a hotel while the repairs were being done. Parker was amazing, professional, and explained the entire process. They had to pack up the entire upstairs, and the entire living room and office area downstairs. They had to replace all the carpeting upstairs, replace the drywall, replace the laundry room floor, and paint the laundry room walls. Downstairs, they had to replace all the flooring in the living room and office area. They had to replace the drywall in the ceilings, paint the entire downstairs ceiling, paint the walls in the office, and stairwell. They had to move everything back upstairs, and downstairs. When we got home we were amazed at the quality, professionalism, and attention to details. Everything was back in the correct spot, nothing was broke or missing, and our home looked amazing.
