I hired Flow Rite to replace home shut of valve and I was very impressed with their work. They were on time and professional. They [shut off the water to the house. Removed old sticking pvc ball valve and replace it with a new copper shut of valve. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.

100% recommend. Plumber did a great job installing my water softener and shower diverter valve. He answered all my questions. Flo Rite was hundreds of dollars less than the other big name companies. I would have paid 2 to 3 times as much using other plumbing contractors. They will definitely get my business again.

Huge shoutout to Flo-Rite Plumbing and Well Service for absolutely saving the day! Crazy how quickly plans can change when you find out you have a flooded basement! I was seriously stressed for a second, but Kevin and Isaac at Flo-Rite came through BIG TIME with an emergency sump pump replacement on a super rainy Saturday and had everything up and running in no time. Fast, professional, and kind — I couldn’t be more thankful. You guys are lifesavers! If anyone ever needs reliable plumbing help, especially in a pinch, these are the people to call. 💯

In the week where the temperature's real feel was -7 degrees my water heater began to leak from the second story to the garage. Leaving water damage to the drywall and insulation all along the way. Kevin and Andrea at Flo-Rite were working with me as Cinch, my home warranty company, had me jump through every hoop they had in order to prevent me from hiring Flo-Rite as Cinch failed to find a contractor in their network. All the while the water damage continued to spread. Unlike Cinch, Kevin and Andrea were incredibly responsive and proactive. They even called into Cinch and filed all required paperwork to qualify as in-network contractors for them. After a week of cancelations and reschedules from the home warranty company, Cinch finally approved Flo-Rite, who had been standing by from day 1, to take the job. The service from Flo-Rite was incredibly personable. My 3 year old daughter made a new friend in Kevin as he humored her in all her questions and curiosities. The work was quick and without sacrifice of quality. Kevin had even fixed another plumbing issue I had struggled with in my many failed attempts to fix over the past year. After this experience, I can confidently say I know who will be my first call for all future plumbing needs.

We have used Flo-Rite plumbing for several different reason now, and they will be our go to plumber for life. From the sped of getting someone out to evaluate, to the knowledge and honesty, fair fees and quality work, I can it say enough great things about them.
