Our condo house door jammed, and we couldn't unlock it. Contacted him based on googled search, and he explained well whats the issue, based on the videos we sent him. Came over within 30 minutes of our call. Amazing service and got the job done, though it was a complicated one. He kept us updated throughout the process. Mr. Winston was calm, professional and jovial, despite it being late night (around 1am - 3.30am) and sleepy. Definitely lightened the mood during a stressful period for us. He received many calls in between requesting for his service, which he handled in a calm and professional manner while completing our job. 100% would recommend, value for money.

We contacted this locksmith late at night when our electric door lock stopped functioning and made a deposit for the service. Before proceeding, they patiently guided us through several possible methods to try and regain access on our own. Thankfully, we managed to get back into our home and no longer required their service. Despite this, they promptly returned our deposit and remained professional and understanding throughout the entire process. Their patience, honesty, and willingness to help even when it meant not proceeding with the job were truly appreciated. My condo unit grill door was stuck and unable to open at 3.30am in the morning. Quickly search up locksmith and found Flipkey call for help. Winston answered my call and proceed to come quickly despite his place is far. He is very professional and attempt to unlock my grill door without direct damage the entire lock. The root cause could be due to duplicate key issue and advice me the solution to resolve. The service fees is also reasonable despite emergency time in late night. Highly recommend for his service!

Unresponsive on WhatsApp and quoted RM250 to unlock a simple doorknob… ridiculous. For that price, I’d rather get a hotel room.
