I had the best experience and would 100% recommend! Say does my hair and I love it every single time. She is very patient and super passionate that her work speaks for herself. I would recommend getting your hair done with her! I was scared of dying my hair because I did not want my hair to feel dry or fall out, Sammy made me feel super confident and comfortable dying my hair and it’s been six months since I dyed my hair for the first time and my hair does not feel dry and my hair has been continuing to grow so I definitely recommend going with her.

This is a review is for an appointment I had with Rosa a year ago that now I feel compelled to leave. I had a very unpleasant experience with her, starting with the consultation. It was vague and very rushed. There is a right way and wrong way of communicating with a client and what questions to ask. I came in with damaged, blonde hair that was caused by another stylist at another salon. I wanted to cut my hair as short as necessary, to get rid of the damage and start fresh. Mind you, I have had short hair before and was comfortable with having short hair. Rosa felt it was necessary to spend the entire short consultation to convince me to not get the short haircut because “it wouldn’t look good on [me]”. As a professional, you should be giving your client recommendations and then giving the client the final decision on what they want to do based on those recommendations. She did not do that at all. She didn’t even ask if I had short hair before. It was ridiculous. After the haircut, all I saw was a horrendous haircut that was unblended, extremely choppy and lacked movement. Again, this could have been avoided had Rosa done a decent consultation. Not only was it the haircut I didn’t want, but it was done badly and I STILL had damage left. I felt uncomfortable the entire time that all I wanted to do was leave, despite not liking my haircut. I attached a photo of what my hair looked like. She gave me no options. She even said, “if it doesn’t look good, it’s YOUR fault”. She put the responsibility on me. She didn’t even bother styling it or asking if I wanted my hair styled. I don’t recommend her at all.

I had the Brazilian Blowout done ✅ and OMG I love ❤️ it! Reduced the frizziness by 80 percent blow dried my hair in 10 min and flat ironed it I 7.5 minutes best choice I have made. Everyone was very nice and professional

I came in today for a Keratin tip removal that was done unprofessionally , Literally a complete NIGHTMARE!! It was horrible to the point were it started turning into dread locks all around my head! It took 3 hours to remove the keratin and knot’s from my head. Ruby was working on my hair for 2 hrs straight till Angie and Sandra stepped in to end the nightmare! They didnt leave untill I walked out looking flawless again. Im really impressed by the teamwork from everybody today and appreciate all the ladies that came in and tried to help. 10 stars ⭐️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What a great salon!! I am working in Modesto and needed to find a place to take care of my extensions while I was away from home for several months. Alma took care of my hair and I was very please with her and the service. I'll be back while I am working in the area!

I’ve been going to Flawless Hair Salon for over 3 years and I highly recommend! I always get my hair done by Ruby and she’s done everything from balayage, highlights, red, violet, copper, and back in between big changes. She always makes sure to put the health of my hair first. It’s always an experience going here from the hospitality, conversations, and high quality of work.

11/21 10:30am Very welcoming environment, kind and respectful. For a Muslim who wears a head cover they provided me with privacy to accommodate my needs. This is by far the best treatment and services I have received from a salon. Andreana was my styles she was very communicative, assuring and helpful. She made sure that I was happy with my hair cut. She amazing ! Thank you to Andreana and the manger/owner for making the salon to accommodate people diversity.

Patty has done such an amazing job with this salon. I have gotten my hair done a few times with Celeste, she is an amazing stylist. I went in initially in need of a color correction and recut. She brought my hair back to life and made me feel 100% better. After 3 sessions my hair is almost back to the desired blond I wanted. She’s amazing, and a great counselor lol. Very friendly, I absolutely love our sessions, love her !!

Took my mom and daughter in for a cut and style, ended up getting my hair done too! I absolutely love all three of our styles!! Especially my mother’s! She is a retired hair stylist who now suffers from dementia… but she still knows a good hair cut when she sees one… and today SHE totally approved! We’ve had some pretty bad experiences at previous salons, over the past couple of years. But after today, I no longer have anxiety getting my moms hair done. Sandy did an amazing job on my mom today! My dad and I cried when I brought her home! She finally looked like my mom again!!! My heart is full! Thanks to all the ladies at Flawless! You were all so amazingly sweet and incredibly talented at what you do!!
