I had a wonderful experience with Flat Rate Relocation for my move from Sunnyvale, California to Vancouver, Canada. Leo was extremely helpful and patient in answering all my questions. I had an early morning flight and sent some customs-related questions to Leo the previous night, not really expecting a response at such a late hour. To my surprise, he replied very promptly. Every call, message, and email was answered almost immediately and in great detail. He also made sure to check up with me on the status of the move. Vino came to wrap and load my furniture. He was very careful in handling all the items and through the narrow doorway. Even my suitcases were wrapped in a moving blanket for extra protection! He accompanied me during the customs process at the border and it went very smoothly. I did not expect to be done so quickly! During move-in, the building management told me that I could only book the freight elevator for 2 hours and after that, would be charged for extra time. Despite being alone, Vino managed to complete the move in just under 2 hours and saved me a lot of money! The unpacking was also done with a lot of care. Even the cardboard boxes arrived in perfect condition. Overall, the experience was amazing and although international moves can be stressful, these guys will definitely take a huge load off your shoulders! Highly recommend!

The best moving experience of my life- These guys are not movers- they are relocation experts. And they are so patient, capable and kind that it was a pleasure to have them around - both in the leaving and moving in. The most stress-free move of my life! We used the service to move from Seattle to Calgary. The communication was flawless from the beginning - Leo was fantastic to work with for scheduling, answering all questions about cross country move, helping with forms and getting us ready in advance. I was worried about packing, and how they would load, but the day they arrived, I witnessed extremely professional level of packing, stacking and hard work by the crew. Everything was super smooth! The crew also helped us at the border and then the delivery, unpacking was also equally great. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make move between US - Canada or Canadian cities internally.

Leo and the team at Flat Rate Relocation made our move from Vancouver to Oakland so easy. Relocating internationally has been stressful to say the least, but Flat Rate's care, support, and dedication helped ease a lot of the worry for us. I was recommended Flat Rate by a neighbour who booked them for her move from LA to Vancouver, and Leo was so helpful from that initial call all the way through to post-delivery here in California. The support with the customs forms and recommendation on companies to assist with our car import were invaluable. And they didn't bat an eye when I sent several revisions of the forms over to them. When picking up our stuff in Vancouver, the team were diligent and careful. We couldn't have been more impressed. You get the same team on pick up as you do on delivery, which is a real comfort knowing that your belongings have been handled by one team only. On delivery day, the guys went above and beyond any expectations I had and treated our stuff with so much care. You can feel the pride they take in their work and they updated me throughout their trip down which helped ease my overwhelmed mind. I honestly couldn't recommend Flat Rate Relocation for an international move more highly. We've hopped around the globe a fair bit by now, and they are hands down the best shipping team we have ever worked with. And although I'd rather not move countries again for a while, I know who I'll be calling on if I do!

This is the smoothest move I have ever seen !! This came as a referral from one of our friends who have used their services. The best part is that the pick up and drop off is on two different days which makes it manageable. They have clear guidance around cross border moving requirements and forms needed and they help you immensely keeping track of that. Leo is a great guy who we spoke initially to book our move and he provided us very clear idea about how this would work and that’s how exactly it worked !! Vino was our point of contact who carried out this move and I couldn’t stress enough how professionally and carefully these guys pack the stuff and handle it during move. Not a single scratch or missing items. They will go out of the way to help you out and I highly recommend this service.

I spoke to Flat rate relocation for a move from Seattle to Vancouver and had a great experience working with the folks! My move was smooth, and uneventful and I received a lot of help from everyone involved related to everything from planning the move, the actual move process (which involved elaborate packing and unpacking that ensured nothing was damaged) and the cross border customs process.
