He showed me that the new keys worked before he considered the job complete. The communication with the office was also helpful. I am very satisfied.

I'm very pleased with my new key for my 2012 Fiat 500. I thought it was nearly impossible but they had keys in stock and did it fast. Very responsive to emails, etc. Great company to deal with. Way better than the dealerships.

Our daughter locked her keys in her car last night. Tyler Pennigton was the associate who came to our house to retrieve the keys. He was so kind and gracious enough to stand there while this emotional momma told him how I was so thankful she locked her keys in her car. She is a school teacher and is getting married two weeks from today! But this morning, as I had the privilege to drive her to school, she was that 5 year old little girl going to kindergarten on her first day of school. 🥹 Again, I am thankful that this young man was kind and compassionate and actually thanked me for sharing, as sometimes his job is tough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Tyler!

I have to give this company an excellent review. Customer service was impeccable. I called the first person on Google and a gentleman answers the phone. So politely. I tell him my issue of programming my car to the my key setting . He said I can be there in 15 minutes and the cost is "this". He then asks my address. I tell him. The man arrives and in 10 minutes. I have a new key. So now I have 2 keys. He reprogrammed my key fob and my car is out ofthe my key mode. It actually took him more time to drive here than to do the work. I am so thankful for this absolutely amazing service. I would recommend him to anyone. I called another service and it was double the price. I wanted to know what 27 years of experience will get me with 5 stars. The phone call started with me being hung up on . And $325 just for the new key. No thanks. Ill call Flash Locksmith next time and only him for anything I need.

Actually amazing, lost my key to my 2024 mt09 tore up my house looking for it, called he said he would be there 4-5 o'clock was there on time! In 20 minutes had me 3 new keys amazing dude I appreciate him so much. I've also went to him once before for my car key and that was also amazing, great customer service, and quick and painless fairly priced aswell
