There are many people out there providing services, but this one is different—The best I have ever seen. Today, I was stuck in the elevator for about an hour. Eric first guided the security team to locate me, and then he kindly waited by the door until the technician arrived and I was rescued. During that time, he chatted with me, which really helped calm me down. Afterward, they quickly moved everything—super efficient! I wanted to give them a tip to thank them and apologize for taking up their time, but he refused and said that if he were stuck in the elevator, others would help him too.
