At midnight we lost all power to our home after checking everything we possibly could & seeing that the neighbours still had power & it wasn't a blackout I realised that there was something more wrong, I rang James the next morning he asked me to send him a pic of our fuse box he rang me back straight away & asked me to check this & check that & when that still didn't work he said I'm on my way, he had one look at our fuse box then had a look at the light post out the front & found the wires to be melted he said ring Endeavour straight away he removed the main fuse as he was worried about a potential fire, they came & said lucky he had picked it up as the house next door & the one across the road were about to go out as well & if we had waited any longer that it could have been a whole different story & a lot more work & maybe even a lot more damage.
