We had an issue changing our tire. He said he’d be there in 20 minutes or less. He was! They changed it quick. After they left we had an issue with our battery. I called. They came right back. Super nice and friendly! Quick! I’d call them again if ever in a bind!

It's very rare I come across a tow truck company as punctual, down to earth and kind as this one. The driver showed up really fast and was willing to work with my problems in a manner nobody has ever before. I will always go to this guy for all my towing needs from here until the day I die. So grateful for a quick and highly professional tow! They really lived up to their name. My transmission went out on my way down 395. I pulled off on a side road and found Flash with a Google search. A quick call, and they were at my side in literally 5 minutes. (Granted, I was a few blocks from their office.) Joe hooked me up, towed me to a nearby shop, and had my van safely dropped off maybe 10 minutes later. Thank you, thank you for making my moment of distress slightly less distressing!

Omg from the initial call, when I had no clue of what to do. We was broke down on I95 headed to Florida they were so helpful and reasonable.
