Taylor answered an online inquiry I made via FB. Asked for photos of current dishwasher to be removed and gave me a firm quote/time electronically for the new installation. made time in his schedule to do the work very quickly for me. he did a great job, stuck to the quoted price and timeline. very professional and friendly. kept a clean work area. he's also quoting me for other work that he took time to look at while onsite. very pleased.
