Plumber = Thane. Well exceed expectations. Great job! We installed a filtration system and some other tasks. The piping was aesthetically appealing and the filtration housing was spot on colour matching our wall very well.

Jack was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills were excellent. He was able to provide a solution to the problem we had and provided suitable options and advice to reduce the risk if similar issues occurring again. Was a pleasure to meet Jack and he about his wonderful family. Will definitely call upon him again should the need arise.

It was a pleasure first of all to meet Josh who was well mannered respectful upfront with costs and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We had a busted water heater and called several plumbers for quotes. When Thane came from fix it right showed up, he explained the problem quickly, went through the house to see any other issues and patiently answered every single question we had, of which we had many. In the end, we signed the quote on the spot. It was a great price, half the price of the previous quote. Can’t recommend fix it right enough, and Thane was an absolute delight to work with. Such fabulous service from Traci and the team. From the moment I called their booking line to book a plumber to the moment the plumber arrived, the communication was superb. Traci came to my place, completed a full inspection, and listened to all my concerns. She clearly listed everything that needed to be done and even offered alternative, cheaper solutions if I preferred. There was never any pressure to go ahead — it was entirely up to me. Traci installed a new premium toilet, new taps, and a shower head. She did an amazing job and worked so hard. Given the age of the place and how old everything was, nothing was straightforward, but she handled it brilliantly. Highly recommended — extremely professional and hardworking.

Thane was awesome. Very friendly, professional and happy to share his plumbing knowledge to help me know what to look out for in future. He assessed the whole property and replaced our leaking tap, and made us aware of things we weren’t on top of to avoid trouble later. Easily the best plumber I’ve dealt with. Brady replaced my old AquaMax hot water service with a Rinnai Infinity Continuous Flow unit. Communication from Fix It Right was really good. The initial call to the office was very friendly, professional and polite, thankyou! Brady let me know 30 mins beforehand when he was arriving. He explained all my options and recommendations with information to help make a decision. The job was completed same day, with old unit and rubbish removed. It was our pleasure to have Thane working on a big job at our place to repair our broken sewer and stormwater pipes. He was always on time, always thinking up the best ways to fix the problems, shared his knowledge and and talked us through what was happening every step of the way. He also liaised with the water supply company who came out to inspect the work and told us his work was excellent. Although it was a huge job, at the end of the work Thane left things in great shape, I'm still amazed he managed to drive the digger through our side gate with just mm to spare!
