Brady was excellent! Highly recommend. What we hoped would be an easy fix turned into a big job, but Brady was great at working with us and communicating. Very transparent and thorough, even cleaning up the site when done.

Thane attended our house to inspect a toilet blockage. After 30mins (including looking at plans and digging under some rocks in garden) he found the sewer pit. Apparently the blockage had corrected itself and he also showed me how they operate and what to look for if it happens again. Then proceeded to walk through the house and inspect all taps and plumbing etc to see if they were all OK. Turns out that they were and toilet fixed itself. 40mins total at our house triaging and at no charge for callout and inspect. I got quoted on some other optional plumbing around the house by receiving a fixed quote as soon as he got in the car. I am still in shock at the efficiency and quality of this company. I thought tradies were supposed to be disorganised at best. The friendliness, expertise and professionalism shown by Thane and the communication prior to attending was top notch. I have recommended Fix It Right to many people already and will not go anywhere else in future. Appreciate you guys and the work you do. Keep it up
