It was a very simple repair and he advised how i could make the repair without him or he would do it. I know nothing about refrigerators and felt vulnerable about trusting the opinion of someone I've never called before. Fred was professional, thorough and very well priced. He showed up exactly on time, knew my frig make and model ahead of time, had an arsenal of tools and wore foot booties, investigated the refrigerator thoroughly and gave me a diagnosis and a recommendation. He was at my house about 2 hours and he showed me what was happening with the frig and the problems that were occurring. My frig is 10 yrs old with a leak to a line and he told me I may want to consider a new frig rather than put money into an appliance with diminishing returns. I appreciated Fred's insight and he even gave me some things to consider when buying a new one. Fred knows what he's doing and he cares about the people he helps.
