I contacted Fix Appliance BC after my Whirlpool washer stopped working. Fred arrived on time the next day and ran a complete diagnostic, identified the issue and advised me of the part needed to repair it. It was a very simple repair and he advised how i could make the repair without him or he would do it.
The service charge was less than half of what other repair techs are charging in this area and this saved me the expense of another service and repair call. Honesty and integrity, absolutely recommending Fix Appliance Baltimore County to all.
