I called on Tuesday, October 7th to schedule a pickup with the Hummer limo for Saturday, October 11th. It was a pick up from Harrah’s to Caesar’s and back. To my surprise, the Hummer did not show up to pick us up. I was told that it was on another job. I was never told in advance that there would be a change of cars. I was told that I could pay cash or Venmo. I paid the agreed upon amount. I was told when we were dropped off to text 15-20 minutes before we wanted to be picked up. I was told that he was there. Guess what? He wasn’t. I was told he was somewhere else and would have to wait another 20 minutes. When we were dropped off, I was told that the Hummer would be available next time. I stayed very polite when I spoke to the owner/driver as I was with my boss. I did not want to make her uncomfortable.
I texted the company on Monday to let them know that I was very unhappy with what transpired. I requested that they possibly refund some of my payment (I paid the agreed to amount) as they did not come through properly with my order. I was awoken by a text from them at 1:10AM. Completely inappropriate to text anyone at that time. They told me that I had 2 options to opt out - one at the time of pick up (ummm…needed to get to my reservation) and when they picked me up to go back to Harrah’s. Again, I was with my boss and wanted to be professional.
I will never do business with them again. Completely unprofessional.
