Late afternoon on A Saturday and Jason came out within an hour at no extra weekend rate. Had to follow up with an additional part for the fix and did just as promised. Nice to see companies that care about service still exist.

I contacted the office after receiving conflicting information regarding my garage door repair. Initially, I was told one explanation, but later the company reported a different finding to the insurance. When paying out of pocket, I was quoted $695 for a conversion kit; however, when processed through insurance, the cost increased to $900 for what was described as an “upgrade.” I called to request clarification, but the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. She stated that this is how they speak to customers and told me to contact a supervisor if I didn’t like it, then abruptly hung up the call. This was a very disappointing experience, and due to the poor communication and lack of professionalism, I would not recommend this company.
