Five Star Cleaners

If I could give -1* I would. This person has failed to uphold 5* standard. My before and after pictures from today Goldcoast QLD 20/02/2025 look the same. This was discussed and planned and a stain treatment to be used. (I understand there is no miracle) But oh LORD, don’t get this company to clean your $4,000 couch that’s been scotch guarded. He states he is the best of the best and if he can’t clean it no one can. He has also block me from contacting him. Please see evidence of photos attached. PLEASE BE DILIGENT AND USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. This is an absolute piss take of workmanship. Now blocked, I’d rather save a family from dealing with this company, then have them lose $200 Like me. Definitely deserves five star 👏🏽👏🏽 would recommend going with these guys! Just had our lounge room carpet, large rug, two seater lounge and a small chair with ottoman. Done for an amazing price for our little unit. Very impressed with the customer service very nice guy (the Irish man didn’t catch his name) overall great work definitely will use this company again xx

Amazing service and super helpful & accommodating!! I was completely ghosted by another contracted who was an no show and Five Start Cleaners came to my rescue as I had to hand back the keys to a rental property! Thank you so much and could recommend more!!!

Best carpet cleaning service on the Gold Coast. Coleman was a pleasure to deal with. Turned up on time with great communication. Not only did he do a 10/10 job on the carpets, his price was great !! Less than half the price of most companies out there. I had a quote from Jim's Capet cleaning between $250 & $350. Coleman did the job for $100 !! Thanks again Legend. See you next time 😎

Called Monday and booked in for Wednesday @8am. Coleman arrived on time with his fabulous uplifting personality that made me smile. He looked over the job and said got it, too easy. By 9am he was done. 4 large bedrooms, passageway, theatre room and a rug. His price was 1/2 all the other quotes and the quality of the job is 100%. Highly recomend Coleman!

5 STAR CLEANING. Came out and steam cleaned all my carpets throughout my home. They came up fantastic. Colman did a great job, he’s professional, courteous and most efficient . Will get them back yearly . Was thrilled with the job and my carpets look amazing again .Definitely recommend them. Thankyou
