I came in recently as a walk in. The staff was very attentive and kind. The place is beautiful and clean. The owner Tammi is very nice and did a really great job with my gel manicure. The problem I had was with the pedicure. Mia seemed pretty inexperienced, I had to continually tell her to fix my toenails which were uneven and she didn't paint them to the ends and sides and definitely did NOT give me the hot stone massage with the pedicure. I was really frustrated. She argued that I did receive the stone massage and the owner took her side. I know what hot stones look like, she didn't bring them out and my sister noticed that she didn't do them either. Mia most likely forgot and I didn't want to cause a scene but now I paid an extra 20 dollars for services I did not receive. And she refused to believe me. I don't understand why she didn't review the cameras??? The deluxe special is also supposed to come with a glass of wine and I didn't get that either. She also failed to lotion my feet before the polish so my feet were dry and ashy. Major language barrier, which became frustrating. Because she didn't do all the services in the deluxe package I told the owner to just charge me for a regular pedi. That was a problem so I ended up paying for the full deluxe package and I was really upset about it. I needed to leave to catch a flight so I didn't have time to debate with the owner. My sister had a great pedicure experience with her male technician. So I guess it depends on who you get, I do not recommend Mia. And I will never come back here because Tammi didn't attempt to make things right, she just took Mia's word for it and dismissed me. I attached photos of how Mia left my feet dry and ashy and didn't paint nails all the way to the sides and ends. Mia requires more training. I shouldn't have had to tell her to fix my nails several times, she was very nice but I was frustrated with correcting her, so I just let it go--huge mistake.

I thoroughly enjoy each visit to this salon. The salon is quite pretty, and exceptionally clean. They offer a variety of services at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and professional. My artist is Natasha. This woman SAVED my nails. When I met her my nail beds were deformed by habit-tic-deformity. I knew intervention was desperately needed to prevent further and/or permanent damage and improve the appearance of my hands. I didn't want anyone looking at my butchered fingers and nails any longer. Natasha recommended polygel to help protect the nail bed. The polygel along with gel polish changes have drastically improved the health of my nails and deterred me from nervously destroying my cuticles. Recently, the polygel was removed as part of routine maintenance. I was amazed at the remarkable improvement in the strength and appearance of my nails.... I am so incredibly thankful and grateful for Natasha's help and expertise. She is an incredibly talented artist who never disappoints. I ALWAYS leave knowing my hands AND feet look amazing. The photos I am sharing don't do her work justice. A larger series of photos featuring her work would be more appropriate. Thank you Natasha!!! <3
