I came in recently as a walk in. The staff was very attentive and kind. The place is beautiful and clean. The owner Tammi is very nice and did a really great job with my gel manicure. The problem I had was with the pedicure. Mia seemed pretty inexperienced, I had to continually tell her to fix my toenails which were uneven and she didn't paint them to the ends and sides and definitely did NOT give me the hot stone massage with the pedicure. I was really frustrated. She argued that I did receive the stone massage and the owner took her side. I know what hot stones look like, she didn't bring them out and my sister noticed that she didn't do them either. Mia most likely forgot and I didn't want to cause a scene but now I paid an extra 20 dollars for services I did not receive. And she refused to believe me. I don't understand why she didn't review the cameras??? The deluxe special is also supposed to come with a glass of wine and I didn't get that either. She also failed to lotion my feet before the polish so my feet were dry and ashy. Major language barrier, which became frustrating. Because she didn't do all the services in the deluxe package I told the owner to just charge me for a regular pedi. That was a problem so I ended up paying for the full deluxe package and I was really upset about it. I needed to leave to catch a flight so I didn't have time to debate with the owner. My sister had a great pedicure experience with her male technician. So I guess it depends on who you get, I do not recommend Mia. And I will never come back here because Tammi didn't attempt to make things right, she just took Mia's word for it and dismissed me. I attached photos of how Mia left my feet dry and ashy and didn't paint nails all the way to the sides and ends. Mia requires more training. I shouldn't have had to tell her to fix my nails several times, she was very nice but I was frustrated with correcting her, so I just let it go--huge mistake.
