We recently had Paul from Five Lakes Kitchen and Bath design and build a large custom built-in for our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, the piece looks like it’s always been part of the house. We’ve received so many compliments from friends and family on how beautifully it turned out. Paul even incorporated a hidden door into the design, which has become everyone’s favorite feature. It’s functional, creative, and flawlessly executed. Throughout the process, Paul was professional, communicative, and clearly takes great pride in his work. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about quality and customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for someone who delivers exceptional custom work with precision and creativity, I highly recommend Five Lakes Kitchen and Bath.

This is a belated review for Paul and Michelle from Five Lakes Kitchen and Bath but here we are. We wanted to share our appreciation for Paul and his crew at Five Lakes Kitchen and Bath for the amazing work they did for us. We came to Five Lakes to us through a recommendation from close friends of ours who had a beautiful kitchen remodel that we admired. We were excited to begin the process with a business where we knew we'd be in good hands. From our first meeting, we knew that Five Lakes would become our partners in renovating our outdated kitchen and adjacent main living areas. Paul and Michelle were able to bring our vision together from design to implementation with expertise and collaboration. When we needed to pivot or take a second look at design or materials we leaned on them for their helpful suggestions and professional expertise. They were help us in making indecisions easier, logical and practical. The outcome was fantastic! Everyday we enjoy our newly renovated space and find ourselves so thankful for an easy and practical process that was smooth, efficient with quality materials and design. We couldn't be happier with the results. On a professional level, while Paul, Michelle and Five Lakes were amazing to work with, you won't find anyone who prides themselves on their personal connections as much as Paul and Michelle. They truly care about their clients. After a challenging personal year for our family, Paul and Michelle have continued to check in on us, making sure to extend themselves on a personal level that you just don't find with business relationships these days. They really feel like family. Thanks to Paul, Michelle and Five Lakes Kitchen and Bath for making our renovation vision come to life and for the continued personal relationship that we so appreciate.

Paul and Michelle were great to work with! We love our new kitchen and bathroom remodel. Paul is down to earth and trustworthy. He takes pride in the quality of his work. Paul made adjustments and change orders without any issues throughout the project. Paul became more like a friend than a contractor throughout our project. If you’re looking for quality and a trustworthy contractor to do a remodel on your home, use Five Lakes Kitchen and Bath!

Great example of a business exceeding expectations: We were at the final stages of ordering a vanity with someone else and couldn't get answers to our questions on a Crystal Vanity. But, we found Paul and on his day off, he met with us, helped us understand the product we were purchasing and gave us some wonderful design input that brought the project home successfully. Next project starts with Five Lakes Kitchen & Bath for sure! Thank you!!

Paul did an amazing job of building the kitchen of my dreams. He was very patient during the design phase with my multiple changes, working to keep within my budget. The cabinets exceeded my expectations. His team took care to be respectful of me and my family and to reduce the disruption of the construction process as much as possible. Paul takes pride in his work and truly cares for his customers. Any bumps in the process he made right immediately. I chose Paul for this project because I believed he could not only build a beautiful kitchen, but also because I believed he was a good person I could trust. He delivered 100%.

We recently completed a project with Paul and his team, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Paul and his wife Michelle were always aware of what was outstanding, next steps, and never left us waiting too long for a reply. Paul’s direct team (Tim&Tony) are knowledgeable, professional, and are very detail oriented with the extended contract team being equally enjoyable to work with. Big project for us and we would gladly recommend to anyone.

After 25 years of living in this house, we decided it was time to remodel the kitchen. We researched kitchen remodeling companies and found really only 2. The first one didn’t really understand what we wanted and wanted us to accept their stock colors. They refused to do a drawing unless we put a down payment on the project. Next we contact Paul at Five Lakes. He came out to the house, measured the kitchen and listened to my wife’s thoughts. He went back and created a CAD plan and submitted it to us. We approved that and the cabinets were ordered. Construction started the last week of May. The crew that spent almost everyday at our house was fantastic. Very meticulous and respectful of our house. They became like family. Five Lakes preaches perfection and boy do they deliver. They weren’t done until the job was perfect! I recommend them highly after our experience with them. Paul listens to your requests and he makes them happen! We love our new kitchen!! Thanks Paul and crew!

We used Five Lakes for our complete kitchen remodel. Attached you will find the mostly finished product, they are older pictures, and it is completely done now. We went from a 36sq ft kitchen to taking down a wall, adding a massive 45 sq ft island, moving plumbing and electric around to end with what is shown. Every step of the way Paul explained what was going on and what we were doing. Even with the supply chain issues, we worked through it all and got done in fairly quick time. While redoing a kitchen seems daunting, Paul laid everything out and made it very easy. Every worker who was in our house was super nice to the point we just left the house unlocked as we were in and out on daily basis. We had no issues with Five Lakes I would highly recommend them over many other companies. At the onset, my wife and I got 3 different companies to give quotes and ideas, Paul was the only one to actually come out and see our space, talk with us, understand our situation and work with us on what would or would not work in our space. Paul spent time with us at the showroom to show us configurations and how different styles of cabinets would or would not work in our space and came up with an amazing design that we absolutely love. We ended with a huge space for entertaining and cooking and events, it is everything we wanted out of the house we bought. Please give him a call if you are looking at a remodel, he is a great person to work with.

Hired Five Lakes (Paul) to do a major remodel on our Kitchen, Half Bath, Laundry Room & Butler Pantry. Paul was great & so was his crew! They handled removal of old stuff, wall tear outs, electrical & tile (Back splash) + install on new cabinets. Even with the COVID pandemic going on and a few delays due to suppliers, he did an amazing job! We would for sure hire him again in a second. His cost was competitive and no surprise up charges - IF your budget can handle it, I strongly recommend the "Crystal" cabinet line. Update: 3/17/2021 Added pictures of completed work & we still keep in contact with Paul & Michelle and look forward to using them again on our next project (Master Bath) sometime next year.

We are extremely satisfied with our Marsh cabinets and our quartz countertops from Five Lakes Kitchen and Bath. We started out shopping for cabinets at a big box store because we thought the price would be "right" for us. My wife reached out to the owners, Paul and Michelle, and we were pleasantly surprised to find they could offer better quality and top notch installation for comparable pricing to the mega chain stores. At every step in our process from ordering to final installation, Paul and Michelle were available to answer our questions and keep us informed. It's worth noting that Paul works with the same installers and contractors from job to job. They work well together and our finished project could not have looked better without their teamwork. You'll get the luck of the draw on installers if you use the mega chain cabinets /installers. I'll continue to share our positive experience from Five Lakes Kitchen and Bath with all our family and friends.
