As a professional business owner managing multiple properties, I place a high value on honesty, transparency, and reliability. Unfortunately, my experience with this service was disappointing, which is why I’m giving 2 stars. I was initially told the cleaning crew would arrive at 2 p.m., but after calling to confirm, I was told they would instead arrive at 3 p.m. I was also informed that two cleaners would be present, yet only one arrived. While the house was empty and, at first glance, appeared clean, several key areas were neglected. The cabinet housing the trash bins was not cleaned inside, and the refrigerator was also left untouched—despite the service being advertised as a full professional cleaning. I’ve included photos for reference. I did not reach out to the company afterward because the entire process felt disorganized from start to finish. Overall, I’m disappointed in both the quality of service and the lack of follow-through on what was promised.

Fatima and fit cleaning was great. I got my girlfriend a birthday treat and although we keep the house clean her cleaning woman made every room feel fresh and different which was a nice gift indeed. Thank you

I asked if they worked late because of my work hours and they said yes so we agreed on a specific time with many days in advance, moved all my plans around for this specific date and canceled at the last minute. I’m sure the cleaning would’ve been great, but the inconvenience this caused due to cancelling with no notice ahead of time ruined my whole schedule.

Made appointment no show. Told me they would be at my house at 8am next day. She called and said she was in front of my house. She was not. Ask address and what we wanted done.. I told her we where done..

I have used this company for two years. The cleaners are professional and efficient. I have recommended them to many of my friends who are now regular customers. Good pricing for a detailed monthly clean. Five stars!

Moved in to a new place, reached out for some cleaning quotes and Fitts Cleaning responded almost immediately-on a weekend. They came the following Monday and the team that came did a great job! They had to work around boxes and packing stuff and still managed to do a great job! Would recommend!
